What is WizzHire?
A short orientation: WizzHire is an applicant tracking system (ATS) with a public job board. What job seekers get, what hiring teams get, and which account type to pick.
What WizzHire is
An applicant tracking system, with a job board attached
WizzHire is an applicant tracking system (ATS) used in Bosnia and Herzegovina, paired with a public job board. One half of it is the job board, where people search for work and apply. The other half is the ATS: a workspace where companies post those jobs, screen the people who apply, and track every candidate through to an offer.
Both halves share the same login, the same messages and the same calendar. What changes is the account type you pick when you sign up, because it decides the sidebar you get, the page you land on, and what you are allowed to do.
What hiring teams get
A company account turns WizzHire into a full applicant tracking system (ATS). You create your company, and then you get:
- Job postings: write a job in the 3 step wizard, or let AI draft it for you, then publish it to the board.
- Screening: attach a questionnaire to a job, and run AI screening on an applicant to get a recommendation and a match score.
- Candidate pipeline: move applicants through your stages on a kanban board and keep every note in one place.
- CRM Pipeline: track the companies you sell to on a separate sales board.
- Cadence: publish your availability, share booking links, and schedule interviews on the calendar.
- Team: invite teammates and give each of them a role that decides what they can see and do.
- Billing: buy tokens and spend them on paid actions such as AI drafting, AI screening and boosting a job.
What job seekers get
A job seeker account is free and covers everything you need to find a role and keep track of where you applied:
- Browse Jobs: in the sidebar, click Browse Jobs, then search and filter every open job by keyword, location, employment type, work mode and more.
- Companies: in the sidebar, click Companies, open a company profile, and follow the companies you like so you hear about their new jobs first.
- Apply: apply with your saved profile, or apply without an account and create one later.
- My Applications: see every application you sent and the stage it has reached.
- Profile and CV: fill in your details and upload your CV once, then reuse them on every application.
The two account types
The first step of registration asks What are you looking for? and shows two cards: Find a Job for candidates, and Hire Talent for companies and recruiters. Your answer sets the account type.
There is no separate recruiter signup. Pick Hire Talent and a company is created with you as its owner. Recruiter is a role that exists inside a company: the owner invites teammates and gives each one a role, and that role decides what they see.
Create an accountWhere to go next
Registration takes a few minutes and it is the same page for both account types. After that, the dashboard tour shows you what each sidebar section is for.
If you came to hire, start the approval clock early: a new company has to be approved by a WizzHire admin before its first job can go live.
