Contact Support
Raise a ticket, track it to a reply, and know the four things only support can do for you.
How support works
Tickets, not live chat
Open Support in the sidebar, under Help. Everyone has it, recruiters and job seekers alike.
Support runs on tickets. There is no live chat, so you raise a ticket, we reply on it, and the whole exchange stays in one place where you can find it again. Before you write, it is worth a minute in the troubleshooting article, because most questions we get have a one-line answer there.
Troubleshooting and FAQRaise a ticket
Click New Ticket and fill in the form:
- Subjectrequired: a brief summary of the issue. This is what we see first in the queue.
- Categoryrequired: Billing, Account, Technical, Job Posting, Application or Other. The category sends your ticket to the right team, so pick the one that best describes your problem.
- Priority: Low, Normal, High or Urgent. It defaults to Normal.
- Descriptionrequired: the detail. The next card covers exactly what to put here.
- Attachments: click Add file to attach up to 5 files, 20MB each. Images, PDFs and documents only.
Then click Submit Ticket. You land on the ticket itself, and you can follow it from there.
What to put in the description
The description is the part that decides how fast we can help. A ticket that says it does not work costs a round trip before anyone can start. Four things cover almost every case:
- What you were doing: the steps you took, in order, up to the point it went wrong. Name the page and the record: which job, which candidate, which invoice.
- What you expected, and what happened instead: these are two different sentences. The gap between them is usually the whole issue.
- The exact message: copy any error text out in full rather than describing it. If a screen looked wrong, attach a screenshot: it is faster than a paragraph.
- When it started: first time or every time, and roughly when you first saw it. Tell us if it also happens in another browser, or on your phone.
Track your ticket
My Tickets lists everything you have raised. Open one to read our replies and reply yourself. Each ticket carries a status:
- New: raised, and not yet picked up.
- Open: we are working on it.
- Pending: we are waiting on something, usually an answer from you.
- Solved: we believe it is done. You cannot add a reply to a solved ticket, so raise a new one if it comes back.
- Closed: finished and locked. A closed ticket cannot be replied to either.
