The company sidebar

If you belong to a company, the sidebar has seven sections:

  • Overview: Dashboard (at /dashboard), Search, and Company Jobs.
  • Recruitment: Applications, My Tasks, Candidates and Questionnaires.
  • Sales: CRM Pipeline, the board for the companies you sell to.
  • Communication: Messages.
  • Cadence: Calendar, Booking links and Availability, the scheduling side of the product.
  • Configuration: Team, Billing and Settings.
  • Help: Help Center and Support.

The job seeker sidebar

If you are looking for work, the sidebar has five sections:

  • Job Search: Search, Browse Jobs, Companies and Followed Companies.
  • My Career: My Applications.
  • Communication: Messages and Calendar.
  • Account: Settings.
  • Help: Help Center and Support.

The company Dashboard

Home is where company members land after signing in. The top row carries four stats: Active Jobs, Total Applications, New This Week and Team Members.

Below that, Recent Applications lists the latest candidates who applied, in columns for Applicant, Position, Applied and Status. View all applications opens the full list.

On the right, Profile Status tracks how complete your profile is, Quick Actions gives the shortcuts Post Job, Calendar and Team, and Pipeline Overview with Upcoming Interviews sum up your stages and scheduled calls.

Your role shapes the sidebar

The sidebar is filtered by your role permissions. Anything your role cannot open is removed rather than greyed out, so two people in the same company can genuinely see two different menus.

What to set up first

If your company is new, fill in the company profile so candidates know who they are applying to. Then open Settings and check your own preferences, language and notifications.
