Set up your company profile

Fill in your company details, add a logo and banner, and track completion from the Company Performance panel.

For recruiters
1

Where your company profile lives

The Profile tab is the overview you land on, and it holds the completion checklist. The Company Information tab is where the edit form lives, so that is where you go to change anything.

The Jobs tab lists every job you have posted, with a search box and status tabs for All, Draft, Private, Active, Paused, Archived and Deleted. The Team tab embeds your members and roles. To see the whole profile the way candidates see it, click the View Company button.

Figure 1: Open the profile menu from your avatar and choose Company Profile to reach your company profile.
2

Fill in your company information

Open the Company Information tab. Every editable field is here, starting with the basics:

Figure 2: The Company Information tab holds every editable field of your profile.
  • Company Name: your official business name.
  • Company Type: the category that best describes your business.
  • Company Size: your headcount band.
  • Country: where your company is based.
  • Website: must start with http:// or https://, or it will not save.

Below that, add your Industry, Founded Year, Headquarters and a Tagline of up to 200 characters.

Tell candidates who you are

The long-form fields are Company Description, Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Company Culture. None of them are required, but they are the part of your profile candidates actually read, so write at least a description.

About the save button: Save Changes only appears once you have actually changed something, and only if you have permission to edit the company. If you cannot see it, either nothing has changed yet or your role does not allow edits.
3

Add a logo and a banner

You can upload a logo and a banner from the profile page. Both go through a crop step before they are saved, so you can zoom and reposition the image to fit the frame instead of preparing it beforehand. The logo is cropped to a circle and the banner to a wide 4:1 strip, so pick images that survive that: a logo that still reads when it is small, and a banner with nothing important near the top or bottom edge.

4

Track completion on the Profile tab

The Profile tab shows a Company Performance panel. It checks four parts of your profile, marks each one Complete or Incomplete, and adds them up into an Overall Progress percentage.

  • Basic Info: complete once you have a company name, a company type and a country. All three are needed.
  • Description: complete as soon as you fill in any one of description, tagline, mission or vision.
  • Branding: complete once you have a logo or a banner. Either one is enough.
  • Contact Info: complete as soon as you fill in any one of website, industry, company size or headquarters.

What to do next

A filled-in profile is the fastest route through admin approval, and approval is what unlocks publishing. Sort out approval next, then bring your colleagues in and post your first job.
