Share booking links

Configure an event once, share the link, and let anyone pick a time and book it without an account.

For recruiters
1

What a booking link is

Cadence > Booking links

Open Booking links under Cadence in the sidebar. A booking link is a Calendly-style shareable link: you configure an event once, share the link, and anyone who has it picks a time and books it.

The people who book you need no account. They open the link, pick a slot, leave an email, and they are done.

2

Create an event

Click New event and fill in the form:

  • Titlerequired: what the booker sees at the top of the page.
  • Description: an optional line about what the meeting is for.
  • Duration (minutes): defaults to 30.
  • Max bookings: leave it blank and the link is unlimited.
  • Location: Google Meet, Custom URL, In person, Phone call, or Zoom (paste URL).
  • Specific times (optional): leave it empty to run on your working hours, or list exact slots to override them.
  • Require my approval before confirming: with this off, the slot someone picks is confirmed straight away and goes into your calendar. With it on, that slot arrives as a request and waits until you accept or decline it.
  • Scheduling rules: buffer, minimum notice and date range. These only apply in working-hours mode.

Click Create event. WizzHire shows the Cadence link right away with a Copy button next to it.

The two modes

Live availability, or a fixed list of slots

The Specific times field is what decides how your link finds times to offer. It is the most important choice on the form, so get it right before you share anything.

Working hours mode (leave Specific times empty)

Bookers see live availability computed from your working hours, and your Scheduling rules apply:

  • Buffer: default 15 minutes, kept clear between bookings.
  • Min notice: default 60 minutes, so nobody books you in five minutes' time.
  • Date range: default 14 days ahead.

Specific times mode (list the slots)

Only the exact slots you list are offered. Slots in the past are dropped automatically, and slots you are already busy for are hidden, so the list quietly shrinks as your week fills up.

Share the link

Every event on the Booking links page has a Copy link button. Paste it into an email, a message, or your signature.

There is also Your Cadence page, one personal page that lists all your booking links together. Claim a URL for it on the same page: lowercase letters, digits and dashes, 3 to 64 characters.

Renaming is safe. Changing your Cadence URL does not break links you already shared. The old ones still resolve to you.

Manage bookings

Expand View bookings on an event to see the attendees and where each booking stands. If the event requires your approval, click Confirm on the ones waiting on you.

The statuses are Awaiting slots, Waiting on attendee, Awaiting your approval, Confirmed, Completed, Rescheduling and Cancelled.

You cannot edit an event: once it is created, its settings are fixed. The only change available is to disable the link, and disabling is permanent. If the duration or the location is wrong, disable that link and create a new one.

What the booker sees

The link opens a page with the event title, duration, host and location, then a time picker in their own timezone, then a short form: email is required, name and message are optional.

If the link is disabled, has hit its Max bookings cap, or has expired, they see This link isn't available instead, so check the link still works before a big send.
