How AI generation works

WizzHire has exactly two AI features: job description drafting and candidate screening. What each one costs, what it returns, and what AI does not do.

The two AI features

Drafting a job, screening a candidate

WizzHire has exactly two AI features, and both of them spend tokens:

  • AI job description drafting: turns a one line brief into a full job posting that you then edit. 6 tokens per generation.
  • AI candidate screening: reads an applicant against the job and gives you a recommendation, a match score and interview questions. 4 tokens per candidate.

That is the entire list. The rest of WizzHire, including the pipeline, the questionnaires and search, is ordinary software with no model behind it.

AI job description drafting

Click the Post Job button. The first screen asks What role are you looking to fill? Type a short brief of 10 to 150 characters, for example "Senior Python engineer, remote".

Choose the language of the output (English or Bosanski), then click Generate Job Posting. It costs 6 tokens and can take up to a minute.

The result pre-fills the 3 step job wizard: title, description sections, employment type, work mode, experience level, benefits and requirements. Nothing is published, and you edit every field from there before you go anywhere near Publish.

  • Skip, fill in manually: bypasses AI entirely and costs nothing. Use it when you want to enter the details yourself.
  • One generation at a time: only one AI draft can run per company at any moment. Wait for the current one to land before starting another.
  • You pay on delivery: the tokens are charged when the finished draft reaches you, not when you press the button.

AI candidate screening

Open an applicant, go to the Evaluations tab, pick the language you want the report written in, then click Run AI Screening. It costs 4 tokens for that candidate.

You get back a recommendation (Strong, Moderate, Weak or Insufficient Data), a match score, an executive summary, strengths, concerns and suggested interview questions.

The AI does not decide anything. On the same tab you submit your own review with Approve, Reject or Needs Review, and you can override the score if you disagree with it. Notes are required when you reject.

  • Re-runs: a screening can only be run again if it failed. Once it has completed, that candidate cannot be screened a second time.
  • Automatic screening: you can set a pipeline stage to run AI screening on its own. It then charges 4 tokens for every candidate who reaches that stage, so keep an eye on the volume.

What the AI does not do

Worth being blunt about, so you do not go looking for features that are not there:

  • It does not read CVs with AI: the text of an uploaded CV is pulled out with plain extraction, not a model. AI only comes in when you run a screening.
  • No automatic candidate matching: WizzHire does not search for or suggest candidates for you. AI only scores candidates who have already applied, and only when you run a screening yourself.
  • Nothing is decided automatically: AI screening never accepts or rejects anyone. It returns a recommendation and a score, and a person submits the review.

Before you spend

Both features draw on the same token balance and both show their exact cost before they run. If you are not sure how tokens work or how to top up, read the primer first.

Screening pays off most when you have a stack of applicants to get through, so use it alongside the normal application review workflow.
