Set your availability

Open Availability under Cadence in the sidebar. The page has exactly two cards, and between them they decide every time anyone is ever offered on WizzHire.

• Google Calendar: connect your Google account so the events already in your calendar count as busy time.
• Working hours: the weekly windows inside which people are allowed to book you.

Working hours drive auto-scheduled interviews and booking links. Candidates only ever see times inside these windows. Click Edit hours on the Working hours card to open the editor.

• Timezone: the zone your start and end times are read in. Click Use my browser timezone if you are not sure which one to pick.
• Monday to Sunday: tick a day, then set a start time and an end time for it.
• Off: untick a day and it reads Off. Nobody can book you on it.

The default is Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, with the weekend off. Click Save when you are done.

On the Google Calendar card, click Connect Google Calendar and approve access on Google's consent screen. You come back to a confirmation page that runs the first sync and then sends you to your calendar.

• No double-booking: your Google events count as busy time and are removed from the slots candidates can pick.
• Google Meet links: it lets WizzHire add a Google Meet link to confirmed events.
• Sync now: syncing is manual. Click Sync now on the card whenever you want to pull in fresh events.

The card always shows where you stand, Connected or Not connected.

Working hours are not optional in practice. A booking link that runs in working-hours mode computes its slots from them, so with nothing set there is nothing to compute.

With hours saved and Google connected, you can hand out a booking link or let candidates pick interview times from your live availability.
