Get your company approved

Every new company on WizzHire has to be approved first. An admin reviews each company by hand so the job board only carries real employers, because candidates apply with their name, phone number and CV. This check happens only once and usually takes up to 24 hours. You do not need to send or request anything, the process starts on its own.

When your company is approved, we let you know by email. That is the only notice you get.

Being unapproved does not lock you out. Almost everything except publishing is open to you:

• Build your company profile: fill in every field, upload a logo and a banner.
• Invite your team: send invites and assign roles, exactly as an approved company would.
• Create and edit draft jobs: write the whole posting, save it as a draft, and come back and edit it as often as you like.

What is blocked

You cannot publish a job, relist one, extend a deadline, or upgrade a listing tier. Every one of those actions makes a listing visible or keeps it visible, and all of them stay locked until an admin approves you.

An admin is checking that you are a real employer. The easier that is to see, the smoother the review. Complete your company profile first: Company Name, Company Type, Country, a Company Description, a logo and a Website.

Build a job as normal. At the final step of the job creation wizard, a banner tells you that Your company is pending admin approval and explains that you can create and edit draft jobs, but publishing is not available yet.

On that same step, the Publish button is disabled. Hover it and the tooltip reads Publishing is not available until your company is approved.

Save as draft takes over as the highlighted, primary action instead. Use it: your job is stored complete, and nothing is lost.

While your company is unapproved it is not listed in the public company directory, and candidates cannot follow it. From the outside, your company is effectively not there yet. This is another reason the wait is worth spending on your profile rather than on outreach.

Prepare your draft jobs while you wait and publish them the moment approval lands. Nothing you write is lost, and your first job can go live within an hour of being approved.
